What the experience involves
Boarding takes place in the Hotel Lago Grey area. Check in one hour before sailing, then allow a 30-to-40-minute walk to the boat. If you are staying in Puerto Natales, you need to arrange ground transport to the park.

The ticket includes a guide and one aperitif, soft drink or coffee. Torres del Paine admission and ground transport are separate unless expressly arranged. Contact us if you need transport or have concerns about the walk to the boat.

Does the boat leave from Puerto Natales?
No. The sailing departs on Lago Grey inside Torres del Paine. From Puerto Natales, you travel by road to the hotel area; this transport is not included in the sailing ticket.
If weather causes a cancellation
If the sailing is cancelled because of weather, the amount paid is refunded in full.
