If the tour requires confirmation first, send your date and passenger count. We check availability and then send the payment instructions. Tours with direct payment enabled can be paid for without completing the form. Sending an enquiry does not charge you or reserve a place.

What we need to check your trip
Tell us which tour you want, the date, the number of passengers and where you are staying. If children are travelling, include their ages because several tours have child fares and very young children may need a safety seat.
For maritime tours, we do not charge before checking space with the sailing company. Once confirmed, we send the instructions and agreed payment method.
You can also visit the office. We do not have a physical office in Puerto Natales, but arrange departures and transfers from that city by WhatsApp.
