We are a Punta Arenas family and have organised journeys throughout Magallanes since 2010. We know the region's routes, timing and weather. We help you choose the right departure, confirm every detail and remain available before and during your experience.
How Turismo Paisaje Austral began
Turismo Paisaje Austral grew from the years Eleodoro Carrasco spent travelling across Magallanes as a driver and guide. After studying Tourism at the University of Magallanes and working for other regional companies, he opened his own agency in 2010. We have welcomed travellers at Monseñor José Fagnano 655 in Punta Arenas ever since.
The company now has five 16-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, two with luggage trailers. The fleet is renewed regularly and is used for excursions, private transfers and staff transport.
How we organise each departure
We directly operate the main land tours: Tierra del Fuego and King Penguin Park, Torres del Paine from Punta Arenas, Fuerte Bulnes, the Punta Arenas city tour, San Isidro Lighthouse, Pali Aike, Magallanes National Reserve, snow trekking and Cabo Vírgenes. We also run Base Torres from Punta Arenas when the required group forms.
Sailings require specialist vessels, permits and maritime operators. For those trips, Turismo Paisaje Austral checks availability, reserves the space, arranges transport where needed and explains the conditions. The authorised company operating the boat is identified on each tour page.
How to book
Some tours can be paid for directly on their page. Others, including several boat trips, require us to coordinate with the company operating the sailing first. For those tours, send us an enquiry. We confirm space for your date before sending payment instructions.

A local office open every day
Turismo Paisaje Austral is registered with SERNATUR under number 14401. Our office is open every day from 8:30 to 20:30. We also answer by WhatsApp, telephone and email.
